Immediate implantation and immediate provisional restoration is a well-documented surgical-prosthetic technique for the replacement of single tooth.

One critical goal in implant placement is the achievement of optimal soft and hard tissue integration with minimal post-operative tissue alterations. Flapless Immediate post-extraction placement, socket augmentation and immediate provisional restoration seem to be a technique that gives satisfactory results in selected cases.

The main rationale and one of the most important reasons for immediate implantation and loading is the preservation tissue dimensions both bone and soft tissue. Moreover, when bone shape and quality are compromised, immediate implantation becomes a major contributing success factor. Nevertheless, most of the literature and clinical data relates to single tooth replacement and not to multiple neighboring hopeless teeth.

This presentation will discuss the rational and benefits of multiple neighboring immediate implantations and loading in the esthetic zone. The pros and cones as well as indications, case selection and complications will be referred and cases of multiple immediate implantations accompanied with immediate loading in the esthetic zone, will be presented.
