Precision and Innovation since 1888
MEISINGER combines the experience of a 125-year company history with the latest technical skills resulting in high-end precision instruments “Made in Germany.”
In 2002, MEISINGER launched its implantology product line “Bone Management” that was developed with leading scientists and practitioners uniting MEISINGER’s research and development efforts since 1987.
The new MEISINGER Bone Management System “Master Pin Control” has been developed with Dr. Istvan Urban. It has been especially designed for the fixation of resorbable, non-resorbable membranes, and titanium mesh.

Since 1987, Hager & Meisinger has developed its Bone Management product line in cooperation with leading academics and practitioners. As a complete system solution, Bone Management allows for controlled optimization of the bone implant – no matter which implant system is chosen. The sets provide the necessary instruments including accessories for all the tasks required for implant preparation.
Combined Bone Spreading and Condensing System
The Split-Control Plus kit contains specially designed spiral spreaders and horizontal wedge spreaders that allow for controlled and standardized spreading of horizontally resorbed bone while simultaneously condensing soft cancellous bone. Spreading of a thin alveolar ridge can be accomplished using this minimally invasive technique with predictable results. Utilizing the wedge spreaders up to 5 mm of width can be gained on either the anterior mandible or maxilla. After the proper width and density has been achieved, the subsequent placement of implants can be accomplished.
Gentle removal of dental roots and fragments
Benex®-Control Professional is outstandingly suitable for extracting dental roots and dental root fragments whenever conventional drawing using forceps and leverage should be avoided. Thanks to the innovative construction of the extractor, the root can be very easily removed in a particularly controlled manner without damaging the bone or soft tissues. The newly developed quadrant support provides the optimal supporting surface, protects the remaining existing dentition, and, particularly in edentulous circumstances, provides support for the extractor.
Minimally Invasive System for the Sinus Lift
External Lift Control is a system for performing an external sinus lift. With lateral access through the facial wall of the maxillary sinus, the mucosa of the maxillary sinus is detached using the various hand-held instruments and lifted cranially from the floor of the sinus. A suitable augmentation can then be inserted under Schneider’s membrane.
The CARBOCER®-coated instruments provide a good contrast and reflection-free work.

MEISINGER’s adjusting and polishing sets
It has been MEISINGER´s aim to optimize the processing of lithium-disilicate-glass-ceramic restorations as well as zirconium oxide ceramics. The result: Outstanding shine and perfect adaptation to the natural tooth surface using the "Adjusting and Polishing Kits" (LUS80 and LUSS85) for extra-oral processing and the "Intra-oral Adjustment Kits" (LUS91 and LUS100) for smoothing and polishing in the mouth with minimum effort.
Surgical Cutters with optimum gearing
The new carbide surgical bone milling cutters can be used for apex resection, exposing and separating retained teeth, or general bone surgery.
Even very narrow osteotomies are possible using these new reduced-diameter instruments.
Optimum concentricity properties guarantee low-vibration, controlled work, and can separate even hard tooth tissue (particularly roots).
The special, easy-cut saw teeth and specific helix angle turn the new surgical carbide milling cutters into efficient instruments for oral maxillary surgery.
