PROGRAM

Day 1

Detailed interactive lecture on the surgical and restorative steps of full arch implant treatment presented by Dr. Jovanovic, Dr. Madison, Dr. Hunt, and an international panel of experienced full arch implant clinicians.
Topics will include 35 years follow up and experience on conventional All-on-4 to pterygoid and zygoma implants to Fixed FP-1 implant bridge work.
Live surgery demonstration of an advanced full arch guided case performed by Dr. Jovanovic and his clinical team. Narrated in real time and broadcast directly into the classroom. Moderated by Dr. Madison and Dr. Hunt. Close observation of patient and staff management throughout the procedure.

Day 2

Interactive Hands-On Workshop:

Placement of 4 Straumann implants in a full arch model (freehand and digitally guided). Use of straight and tilted implants after bone reduction with a Piezosurgery Mectron device
Simultaneous live surgery demonstration: Full arch case performed freehand. Placement of 4 implants (straight and tilted)
Patient from Day 1 returns for delivery of a milled, overnight-printed hybrid PMMA prosthesis. Live demonstration of insertion and adjustment, with class discussion to review full treatment workflow.
2nd Hands-On Workshop:
Guided workflow using stackable guides for bone reduction. Placement of 4 implants guided. Placement of 4 titanium abutments.

Learn the advantages of digital planning in implant dentistry using advanced 3D software, CBCT data (DICOM files), and oral scanning (STL files) for accurate treatment planning.
Practice digital implant placement planning in CoDiagnostix and explore key tips, tricks, and workflows for seamless integration with other 3D planning tools.
Understand printer options and learn how to design, fabricate, and post-process 3D printed surgical guides, temporaries, and stents — both partial and fully guided.
Observe a live full-arch surgery using 3D surgical and stackable guides, 3Shape implant scanning protocols, and photogrammetry with the PIC scanner for precise provisional delivery.

Workshop & Live Surgery Demonstration

LIVE full arch patient surgery with 3D surgical and stackable guides, implant scanning protocols with 3Shape and photogrammetry with PIC scanner and the delivery of a 3D printed full arch provisionals.

Full Arch Immediate Implant

We recently completed a same-day digital full-arch implant treatment using in-office 3D printed stackable surgical guides and a 3D printed hybrid prosthesis.

Our fully digital workflow included:

All steps were completed in our facility using the Straumann® digital workflow and P30 printer, in collaboration with Raffi Aghvinian of Natura-Like Lab, who assisted in the alignment, design, and printing stages utilizing the bone reduction guide.

FACULTY

Dr. Sascha A. Jovanovic is considered a global expert in Implant Dentistry and one of the founders of Guided Bone Regeneration (GBR) and Esthetic Implant Surgery with over 80 scientific publications. He is Academic Chair of the gIDE Institute, Past-President of the EAO, Past-Co-Director of the UCLA Dental Implant Center, honorary member and award recipient of several global academic organizations and editorial boards for scientific journals. He was first trained in Implant Dentistry at Loma Linda Univ; then in Prosthodontics at Univ of Aachen, Germany; then in Periodontics at UCLA School of Dentistry; and holds a Master of Sciences Degree in Oral Biology from UCLA. Dr. Jovanovic’s clinical practice and research emphasizes advanced implant dentistry, tissue regeneration and esthetic implant management.

Dr. Miles Madison DDS attended UCLA School of Dentistry where he again graduated with top honors and was the recipient of numerous academic awards. Dr. Madison specialized in Periodontology at UCSF (University of California at San Francisco) where he became one of the youngest graduating periodontists in the United States. Dr. Madison is board certified in I.V. sedation and hypnosis. He lectures nationally and is the recipient of numerous honors and awards throughout his career. He is a Visiting Lecturer at UCLA School of Dentistry, on the California Board of Dental Examiners General Anesthesia, and a Conscious Sedation Evaluator.

Dr. Filip Donev is an oral surgeon based in Prague, Czech Republic, holding DDS and MD degrees from Charles University. He completed advanced training in oral and maxillofacial surgery and has extensive experience in implant dentistry. Since 2008, he has been Chief Dental Officer at MALO CLINIC Prague, specializing in full-arch rehabilitation and the All-on-4® concept. He is also a gIDE Master Clinician in Implant Dentistry and a recognized lecturer with expertise in minimally invasive procedures, esthetic restorations, and digital workflows.

Raffi Aghvinian was formally trained as a master dental technician and has learned and worked in his parents dental laboratory for most of his career.
He has specialized in advanced dental and implant laboratory in analog and digital format. Over the last 10 years, he has developed a particular interest and experience in digital planning of implant therapy, the milling and 3 Printing of Implant Temporaries and the fabrication of implant prostheses using traditional and current dental materials. He has functioned as a consultant and laboratory to many specialized dental offices and dental implant companies. He is the founder and owner of the Natura-Like laboratory.

Cancellation fee is $750 up to forty-five (45) days prior to each program. After that date, there will be no refunds. gIDE may cancel scheduled courses up to thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled start of the course if certain attendance minimums are not met. gIDE is not responsible for reimbursing prepaid (including non-refundable) customer travel costs.
