This high-quality clinical video demonstrates an extraction site and ridge augmentation procedure and the treatment results in a 70-year old healthy female treated for a hopeless anterior tooth in the upper anterior zone using a rh-BMP-2 bone graft (INFUSE), Titanium Mesh and microsurgical techniques.

This video demonstrates in detail the surgical option to perform an atraumatic extraction of an periodontal affected upper tooth, the simultaneous augmentation of the extraction socket and the buccal missing bone with 1.4 cc rhBMP-2 and a Titanium Mesh application with bone tacks and the simultaneous placement of 2 dental implants.  The 6-months re-entry is demonstrated with removal of the Ti-mesh, the evaluation of the quality and quantity of regenerated bone and the placement of 2 healing abutments. The patient is presented from initial start of treatment to the follow-up appointments during healing and narrated throughout by Dr Sascha Jovanovic.
