Who This Program Is For

his advanced in-person program is designed for clinicians who want to elevate implant prosthetic outcomes through refined planning, execution, and restorative decision-making.

This course is ideal for:

  • General Dentists & Specialists placing or restoring implants
  • Clinicians seeking greater predictability in prosthetic-driven implant cases
  • Dentists looking to refine digital and analog workflows for modern prosthodontics
  • Experienced practitioners ready to move beyond protocols and understand why decisions matter
  • Clinicians who value mentorship, case-based learning, and real-world application

This is not a beginner-level course. Participants should have foundational implant knowledge and a desire to refine their prosthetic philosophy and clinical execution.

This program emphasizes clinical reasoning, prosthetic planning, and decision-making — not just techniques.

What You’ll Walk Away With

This program is designed to deliver measurable clinical clarity, confidence, and predictability — not just information.

By the end of this in-person experience, participants will walk away with:

This is a six-day immersion focused on transforming how you think, plan, and execute implant prosthetics — not simply adding techniques.

COURSE OVERVIEW

A successful restorative or implant-supported case begins long before any preparation or surgery — it starts with a complete understanding of esthetics, function, biology, and material science. In this intensive week-long program, Dr. Giacomo Fabbri presents a modern, integrated approach to fixed prosthodontics and implant-prosthetic therapy, combining analog fundamentals with today’s most advanced digital workflows.

Across six immersive days (split into two 3-day modules), attendees will learn how to diagnose, plan, communicate, and execute complex esthetic and implant cases with precision. The curriculum covers the entire journey — from esthetic and functional planning, to minimally invasive preparations, to provisionalization, soft-tissue management, implant interfaces, full-arch strategies, and adhesive cementation protocols.

This unique program is designed for clinicians who want immediate, real-world improvements in their daily practice — with direct application to esthetic cases, interdisciplinary treatments, and complex full-arch rehabilitations.

    Andrea Zilli
  • I attended this course as a total novice in prosthetics. I learned a great deal, put many concepts into practice, and today I feel autonomous. Thanks, James! A course delivered without unnecessary exhibitionism and full of truly interesting, practical content.
    Carlo Conte
  • I took part in the course and found it extremely interesting. The speaker immediately created great empathy and was very helpful, with a level of availability that continued even after the course ended. I will definitely take more courses.

  • Giacomo’s total availability toward us as students—especially in reorganizing dates and optimizing meetings around our schedules—was exceptional. As for the course itself, I’ve lost count of how many colleagues I’ve recommended it to. It is the perfect blend of excellence and pragmatism: a complete, highly applicable vision of prosthodontics for any practice aiming to work at a high level.
    Stefano Pieroni
  • For me, it represented the ideal union between excellence and everyday clinical reality. My only regret is not having taken it sooner.
    Grazie Mille
